This album covers my early attempts at home recording. The songs were recorded in my home recording studio between March 2005 and January 2007.
All songs composed by James except:
- "Kiss the Bottle" - By Jawbreaker
- "Lydia the Tattooed Lady" - By Harold Arlen and Yip Harburg
- "Septopus" - The lyrics for the first verse are from Fenton's Septopus song in the Home Movies episode "The Heart Smashers".
